Since I hurt my back a while ago, I was always afraid of inversion practices. But I realized that with enough core work and cardio for blood flow, my back is actually ok with it! I'm very happy with my challenge and so excited for my future progress. If you know any good tips for eliminating the arch of the back, I'm all ears!
