People ask me how I got into yoga. I tell them I wanted to find peace. But there is a lot more than just that. After having a miscarriage with my fourth baby followed by separation and divorce in foreign country I needed some time and space to reconnect with my emotions. I had never liked myself since I was a child but I found that I liked myself when doing yoga and it was yoga that helped me find contentment in other areas of my life. That was a huge thing for me and that lead me to find peace with myself. I believe that yoga is for everyone regardless of their age, gender, race, and body types and I truly enjoy sharing the benefits of yoga, finding balance in body and mind, and finding peace within 🌱
