A few years ago I used to struggle with my chronic back pain for several years and I've tried everything ; acupuncture, inversion table, cardio and yoga of course. They all helped me to a certain point, but my back pain always came back. So one day I meditated on it and asked my back "Why are you doing this to me?" And to my surprise my back answered "Because I'm the only reason that you would take an actual rest" I was shocked by this answer because it was so true. So I thanked my back for letting me know when to rest and I've been careful not to over work myself. Since then I haven't been experiencing any major back pain and I am grateful for this insight. Somatic healing is something I've always been interested in and now I am finally taking a Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy Certificate Course by @theembodylab and I've been finding gold in every lesson so far. I want to thank the Universe for this opportunity and I've been integrating Somatic movements to my yoga classes and I've been getting lots of good feedbacks.

So here is a mantra for tomorrow's full moon : "I am releasing with gratitude"
