I can't tell you how nervous/scared I was before the show. I couldn't sleep the night before, and my heart felt so heavy, filled with fear and a sense of "not enough-ness", up until I walked onstage. When the MC lady started to introduce me, the words "3 kids" liberated me. My fearful, frozen heart melted, and my perception of the audience completely shifted from "my judgemental terrifying enemies" to "my loving and caring supporters"💕😂

Today's mantra : I choose love over fear ✨
